In this course, you will learn a consultative, transparent, and entrepreneurial approach to F&I. Revolutionary in its simplicity, our BBDS Certified Professionals enjoy exceptional outcomes in F&I by inviting the customer to participate in the process through Smart Discovery. This approach offers products based on the customer’s criteria and utilizes a telling, not selling, menu disclosure.
Schedule: Training will begin promptly at 9 a.m. on Monday so plan for arrival between 8:30 and 8:45 a.m., and will conclude at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Departing flights should be scheduled after 2:00 p.m. Out of respect for your fellow attendees, please be on time, taking traffic conditions into consideration for your travel to our Training Center.
