F&I for Non-F&I Managers (Session Full)
This timely topic and course study is for the managers in the dealership who are now talking about F&I or performing some traditionally F&I tasks. This is for Sales Managers, Salespeople and BDC personnel. As part of this class participants will complete an Ethics and Compliance pre-course knowledge check. Once class begins attendees will learn what an F&I Manager is responsible for and why this is a critical role in the dealership. Why credit is more than just a score, lenders exposed and deal structure.
